Never can speak to a live person and if you do they hang up on you.

Sent me a broken glass cooktop and refused to do anything about it. contacted UPS and they sent I back to them but Sears is still billing me for it. I am in dispute with credit card c o and have PROOF OF DELIVERY FROM UPS. User's recommendation: Be very careful if you do business with them.
