Unsatisfied with their support. My order consisted only of one ring. Here are the details: Order # : [protected] Brand - Collection: Caratlane Stock No JR00394-YGP900 Metal/Purity 18 Kt Yellow Gold Approximate Metal Weight 2.05 gms Size 12 Height 3.3 mm Width 5.2 mm I ordered it on 08/04/2017 My question: where is my ring? It's been more than a month. I ordered it as a present for my mom, she adores rings and it was her birthday yesterday. You really let me down.
