Ordered a 99.00 pair of shoes and a dress for 39.00. The dress came a week later. Did not like it at all and very large. Could not get customer service, but when I called sales they transferred me. The shoes were backordered and I never received an email. They charged me 16.99 S & H for the dress and they said they wouldn't have charged me for the shoes. They also want to charge me 7.95 to return the dress! This is a clothing store, there are bound to be issues. I should get half of the 16.99 back since I cancelled the shoes. I don't want anything to do with this company ever.
