What happened. Well I have a Siemens IDOS, which is a very expensive washing machine. The display started showing an error message. Called the distributor in Dubai. Needed to wait 4 days for a technicians to come. When he finally came he didnt need a minute to tell us we need a new display for USD 400/-, but needed to wait for it for 2 weeks at the least. Seriously!!! I will never again buy a product from Better Life, and I was just planning to buy a fridge. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. They need hours before they pick up the phone and it looks like they have only 1 Technician assigend to Dubai.
