A mobile home I had wanted a few years ago came back on the market, I put an offer in & owner didnt want to accept it. I understood that. Then the price dropped & I contacted the realtor I had dealt with when I made the first offer & she said owner wanted a pre-approval letter ( which I had)or he wasnt going to accept any offers. Ok...but I would need some more info & realtor said she would contact owner & get back to me... a few days went by so I contacted a different realtor as I didnt figure you were interested in selling a property under $90,000 & come to find out the first realtor (Tambra)wrote an offer up on the house & it was a cash offer. Hmmmmmm thats strange Tambra...you was supposed to got back to me but wrote this offer for cash when the people were waiting to sell their home in an auction for the cash? Then when I call you out on it you told me the you had to beg owner to let me be a back up offer with this other realtor on this property & said that you had gotten back with me on it. That's a lie! Why would I have gone to another realtor if that had been the case? You seen cash & dropped me like I was poison. That's ok...I hope you choke on that commission because I found a better deal than that one or that place that your son owns thats right up the neighbors butts. A lot more sq footage on 2 acres..Better than anything you have listed in the $100,000 range for real!
