11/30/2018 - I ordered the Holiday Celebration Chest ($250.00). Arrival date between December 1 and December 7. On December 12, my client had not received the gift. I tracked the package and "No delivery information is available" via FedEx. I called customer service, only to be told by their rep that I could buy a comparable product, as this one was out of stock. Wait! What? I've already paid for this gift! I asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told that there isn't one. Maybe that explains it? There is no one in charge there? Just this one idiot answering the phone runs the whole show? RIDICULOUS!! The customer service is pathetic! You don't get what you order. Why shop here?
