Total Scam. I found their charges on my credit card. I called smartday (800-289-****) and they would not issue a credit. They wanted to make a “deal”. I have already called in and placed this in dispute with the credit card company. Furthermore, in calling in I found that I was not the first and certainly not the last to call in with the same circumstances of being surprised by this company. I have had this card number stopped and it is being replaced with a new card and number just in case they try to charge their membership fee of $85.99 again. They did try. Be this as it may, I called the smartday (aka also elitesmartday.com) and asked for a refund and/or correction. They would not do it. They did say that they would cancel my "membership". I don't believe it. So putting a stop on the card is the best way to stop them. I am one of many that have been fooled. I will do whatever legality is necessary to help stop this activity on their part and warn other people.
