Nest Aware Subscription Fails

Upgraded Nest Aware subscription to add a second camera now I dont receive any notifications. Customer support blamed it all on the two iOS devices I use but had no explanation for not getting email notifications, even though everything worked fine before I upgraded my subscription. User's recommendation: Do not use Nest Aware services, it’s not worth the money or hassle.
