I bought nespresso machine from their nespresso boutique in Bangkok Thailand.and the coffee pods in the machine started falling ,I sent it for repairs by an international Courrier to Bangkok and they claimed they have repaired the machine .But after getting it back from Bangkok to my country by an international Courrier which costed me more than the price of the nespresso machine . The machine again didn’t work and all the expensive pods 4 sleeves got spoilt which is again unnecessary expenditure due to d defective machine sold to me by Multinational nespresso Thailand boutique..They are saying to send it for repairs again.i cannot keep sending for repairs on international Courrier expenses as they couldn’t repair the defective machine sold to me .i want a new nespresso or my refund User's recommendation: Not to purchase nespresso from Thailand.
