My car is 8 yrs. old with just over 30,000 miles, garage kept and very loved. I'm 50+ and had several cars repaired over the years. By far, this was my worst experience ever and it was just for some mild hail damage. Each time (seven visits over the course of almost two months) I rolled with the inconvenience but I wanted my car done right and was willing to do what I could on my end to make it happen. Through all of this, they were very polite and accommodating, but just couldn't get the job done right. I went here for the Travelers Concierge Service. Unfortunately, each time Caliber and the Travelers on-site adjuster made me feel I was being much picker than the average customer with my concerns. They always had great excuses as to why things were missed or not done right and in the end, Caliber finally told me that anytime they repaired a car it was going to have an orange peel finish in the paint because finishes l was looking for (to match the rest of the car) was a production or showroom finish. My truck had more extensive hail damage and I took it somewhere else and had a great experience and repair job. Now, the same place has looked at my car and assured me that they will make me love to look at my car again with pride after their repairs. If you love your vehicles, as I do, then please take the time to look around and read reviews. Don't get suckered into the convenience of the concierge and repair service combination.
