Negotiated rental rate on front end, then they charged more than they agreed to.

We are a small business and like to know what our cost are (imagine that). I asked the United Rental employee how they charged for the specific rental equipment we were wanted to rent - if we rent it over a week. They told me how I would be charged, verbally/phone. Now we have their bill and they charged us more than we agreed, and it is all his word against my word. I got a United Rental Account Representative involved and he said there was nothing he could do. Our company got ripped. Not doing business with them again. No ethics & no desire to retain good customers like us.
