Negligence of service foremen and claimed it was customer fault

As my mom's car was sent to fixed for its gearbox and we pay for the gearbox issue due to after 3 years of warranty. However, right after Emco done and Rmco start, the engine breaks down, we sent the car to Tanchong service center in Teluk Intan and the supervisor said the engine break down was due to the screw in gearbox wasn't properly tighten up. And the service center claimed that my mom's asked the external foreman to loosen the screw and this caused the engine break down. I can't actually believe what type of stupid excuse that the service center gave my mom's, im mco ,my mom doesn't even go anywhere but just staying house. And none of the individual workshop opened during mco period and Tanchong claimed that we purposely ask the foreman to loosen the screw?
