Negligence and endangerment

1

I bought an RV in Nov 2016 from B&B RV. The day we picked it up, the brakes didn't feel like they were engaging properly. B&B assured us they were, and what we felt was normal. After driving it for awhile, the brakes still didn't seem like they were engaging, and we took it back, asking them to check the brakes. They said they checked and everything was fine. Two more times we took it in for them to check the brakes, and each time they said everything looked good. Recently we discovered a disconnected brake wire to the rear axle and found the brake drums and calipers were completely flooded with grease. There was so much lubrication, the brakes were unable to engage. They were completely non-functional, and had been since they day we drove it off the lot. Twice we took our RV tire in because it wasn't holding air. Each time they told us they took the tire to Les Schwab and there was no sign of a leak or puncture. After the second time when it was back down to 0 psi 48 hours later, I called Les Schwab myself. They had no record of B&B taking my tire in the day they told me they did. They flat out lied about that. I took it in myself, and 15 min later they pulled a nail from the tire and repaired it. The tire has been fine ever since. I could go on and on with individual instances of negligence, neglect, laziness, and deceit. The bottom line... don't buy from this dealer and don't take your RV here for servicing.
