Company trimmed tree branches on opposite side of street and while doing so created tremendous amount of debris . When using the wood chipper the gap between chipper & truck cargo bay was about 3-4 feet - this gap allowed the mulch to escape & end up on my side of street covering my SUV w a coat of blackened chipped mulch. In addition, they used heavy duty leaf blower creating a major dust storm w debris blowing all over. This was extremely upsetting since I had just washed my car professionally. When I brought this to the attention of company worker he just sent over the worker w the blower to blow off debris from car... however, because mulch was blackened after going thru chipper it left black spots on paint (white paint). I sent an email to company to file complaint - after being called back once, I tried calling the person but never heard back from them. They are a totally irresponsible and unresponsive business when it relates to valid complaints. Would never use them or recommend them. I plan to lodge a complaint w/ the better business bureau as well
