Negative attitudes towards customers

I would like to report an incident which has been occurring on numerous occasions at game key west shopping centre. I did turn a blind on the 1st and 2nd incident it occurred with hopes that the individual will see their fault however their behavior is really appauling. I have raised the issue with her colleagues but it seems like it's falling on deaf ears. Today was the icing on top because she deliberately did not even follow safety regulations by sanitizing me. She clearly has a vendor against me which makes feel I am not the only person she is giving attitude to. I find such attitude very disturbing as I am customer to the shop. I question the level of professionalism and standards from game very disturbing. The level of service has gone to the dogs I tell you and that will be the downfall of the company. Please fix her (nthabiseng) attitude and morals as I will not even recommend the company to anybody.
