Neeree Khan, very rude

We've returned HDMI Cable for credit at HiFi Corporation Wonderpark, 09 September 2021. Music in the shop was very loud and I could not clearly hear employee's feedback. When I've complained about their service, the store manager Neeree Khan attacked me. I asked her where I can log a complaint and she told me the number is at the door, she doesn't care. I will never visit HiFi Corporation again, this was very unpleasant. Employees with this attitude doesn't represent HiFi Corporations professionally. HiFi Corporation's employees also doesn't follow Covid rules, because only 1 employee's mask covered both nose and mouth. Underneath your Company name you ask "Why shop anywhere else?" To answer your question, because we as the customer will receive friendly and professional service at your competitor!!
