I have been a long-time BBVA customer and have received nothing but exemplary service from the Scottsboro Ala. branch. However, an employee at the Ft. Payne Ala. branch manages my brokerage account. I have never been able to reach her by phone and she never returns my calls. Her voicemail greeting says I am on another call. Leave a message and I will return it or you can contact my assistant - at this number Over a dozen calls and not one return. User's recommendation: Don’t use this person as a financial advisor.
