I didnt know my password and was reaching out to get some help. My credit card was expiring and my auto pay would not work for next month. Tried to get thru to WW without success, and went thru you. I never received a response. I called today and finally reached a person who was very helpful and resolved the problem. User's recommendation: I’m trying to show patience and not be negative. I’m sure in a normal working climate your services are very helpful. Thanks for trying!
