Made my case and a refund was promptly issued. The web site is not so clear on whether the robo killer works on either land line or cell phones. turned out it was only on cell phones which I didn't need. I requested a refund and received it after making my case that I didn't know this was only for cell phones. Pleased. User's recommendation: Make sure you understand what phones these robo killers work on.
