Original review updated by user Oct 17, 2020 "Customer Service rep" didn't really have any idea what I was talking about when I tried to explain what was wrong with my printer. Gave him the error code I kept receiving and he didn't even know what it meant. If the printer gives a specific error CODE, I would think the "service reps" would know what each one stood for!! Referred me to Best Buy for repairs. BEST BUY DOES NOT DO REPAIRS ON ANY EQUIPMENT WITHOUT A WARRANTY!!! Wasted my entire day trying to find resolution for my problem. I have a small business and a good printer is essential. User's recommendation: My suggestion: Canon printers are excellent but make sure to buy the extended warranty!!
