Needed help with policy

Tried 4 different phone numbers for Globe Life. All said call can't go through. Through this website, got call to go through but it says unable to help you, call back during normal business hours, which it currently is. Why so difficult to reach a customer service representative???

》 Too many prompts to get to a live person and when you finally do the wait time is always at least 25 minutes. I am waiting as I write this review, it has been over 40 minutes
