I received an alleged text with an offer from Verizon and need to verify it please. I tried numerous ways the website said to contact Verizon. Thought at one point I was getting to online chat with a customer service rep, then it said they do have to charge for that!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t expect “service” when you call CUSTOMER SERVICE!
