Need to talk with tech support

Terrible... tried to talk to tech support but the stupid automated voice didnt give me the option to do that and it wouldnt just let me talk to an actual human being. Worst tech support experience in the 5 years Ive been in the field. 1 out of 10 User's recommendation: Don’t use them lol.
