If they do not care about providing their customers with reliable service, timely repair service to existing customers, and act like they care about keeping reliable customers they really need to sell the area. They take advantage of old customers and do not offer them any of the deals they use to suck in new customers and service also time for a new customer is 2 days (for total installation) and wait time for a customer of 15+ years for a 5 min service call for a minor problem is 5 to 7 days.
