I had been in touch with a sales agent from Chicago whom works for their corporate office. He in turn gave me the number setup subscribing. Well I called the number and got a woman that seemed pleasant at first. Then it got bad. I was trying to explain what I wanted and she kept talking and talking over me. I asked her for someone else. She kept talking still. Had no regard for my needs as a customer.She was very rude and unprofessional. I just went click with the phone and called back and got a more pleasant person. I got what I wanted without the bs. User's recommendation: Be mindful of overbearing sales agents.
