Need to return some yarn

Bought it to make a baby blanket, but it did NOT knit well. Tried to use the yarn with a second skein that had my stretch and give but that didnt work either. So Id like to return it. User's recommendation: If you’re used to knitting with yarn with more elasticity, DO NOT ORDER Ice Cream Deluxe...
