Need to pay bill and talk to someone

In addition to not reporting my debt as paid after I paid this Year's ago, I ALSO found out that the bank in question, Guarantee Bank and Trust, is no longer even in existence!!! So I now await a response from the Risk Dept. Of the new establishment. Not resolved.
