Need to clear all calls from call block

My call block fracture says it is full. I want to clear the old calls and block the new ones. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone in your company. This may be the last time I purchase anything from your company if I am unable to resolve this issue. User's recommendation: Impossible to contact anyone for help with issues.
