Need to change reservation.

I needed to change a reservation. After I waded thru the voice menu, When I was able to leave my message I was told they would call back. After five hours a lady called back and efficiently resolved the issue. However, after this long process I will make reservations directly thru the hotel in the future. User's recommendation: Don’t use Expedia.
