Need to cancel service due to a death

My son was getting your service, and he now has passed away, so I need to cancel the service I will need your address, so I can send the box back to you also you should not charge me for the service as he passed away on Sept 15th you can call me at 647-762-**** as I can never reach anyone in your company you might want to look into that because I'm sure I'm not the only one. Thanks Carol Barker my son's name was Frank Barker address 577 Clendenen Ave
