Need support for remote

Update by user Sep 05, 2020 Started having problems with the remote not controlling the lights on either of two fans on my deck. Then the remote(s) stopped operating the fan speeds. I have read every article and forum I can find, and I’ve tried every suggestion to no avail. I’ve been trying to talk to someone at Lowe’s Harbor Breeze customer service line since June. It’s now September, and they still aren’t answering calls.I know the pandemic is holding everything up, but this is ridiculous. Original review posted by user Aug 06, 2020 I have two of the Merrimack style fans on my back deck. They are stuck on one fan speed and wont change with remote. Also one is stuck with the lights on and the other stuck with lights out, neither will change with the remote. Ive tried every suggestion I can find online, and Ive been trying to call for two months now. While I realize the pandemic has made everything more difficult, I should not have to continually call for two months and still not get help. Could someone please find a way to help me out?
