Cat chew the cord in half and I need a new adapter cord called your customer service and the man was very born and told me get a computer and read it yourself and do it I pay a lot for this cat box and I do not appreciate that kind of customer service I'd makes plane to him I am 78 years old and I do not have a computer couldn't look it up if I went got the card and got the number and he said absolutely not is this a kind of customer service that used to provide with a cat box that cost almost $200 if so I will find something else to use to clean my cat's litter I am very disappointed I have owned littermaid for a number of years and this is not what I thought the company was about User's recommendation: Don't bother they don't answer.
