Need registration codes spent 80$

I cant use my apps I need registration codes for gb-1, gb-rift , vocibus, and hallowvox. I started buying more apps on sept tuesday the 3rd and wasn't getting my registration codes the next day. Now its sunday September 15th. the last digits on credit card are 8093.
