Need parts to fix glider

Our glider broke and we are trying to get replacement parts. The item number is 37179CB.02.0185. We basically need to repair the bottom of the rocker. Please contact us to we can find out what we need and how much it will cost. The glider has been broke for a year. No one will help us with parts, or let us replace it with a new one without cost. Please help us.
