I'm having a hard time coming up with one hundred words to tell you that the blender works fine but the food processor will not come on. why do you need one hundred words? I see that Walmart carries this brand- should I go there and see if they still carry this model number and look at user manual? the food processor/blender was given to me- that I why I don't have the Manual thanks
