Need my policy canceled. Please, I should not have to ask more than 3 times. I should I only need to write one time. I also told my agent when I mailed in. But yet I was still charged.

I mailed a written cancellation for a policy for my daughter that's a ten-month-old back in March 3 weeks before it was due. That means they received a cancellation at least 15 days before it was due. I emailed a few different email addresses, which is completely ridiculous. That one written notice should have canceled my policy. But I have yet to receive anything stating that they cancelled my policy, I guess they would rather receive $3.60 a month from somebody who is completely poor and cannot afford it and get negative complaints due to custoner service??? Just emailed 3 different emails for underwriters, disobey service, and management. We will see if I get anywhere I may have better luck with my bank. Seeing this site I understand why I have not received any responses. Horrible customer service I don't understand why people can't do their job and the sales agents who sign you up for a policy are only in it for your money. They are not there to help you as they say, and my sales agent was actually training with a very pushy salesmen and he ended up pushing me into a corner to get my kids signed up since I couldn't afford the adult policy plan. Now I can't even cancel it. Now i know why they wafted me to sign that day. User's recommendation: Read research - AIL... DO NOT GET STUCK LIKE ME. Do not sign up with this company. Go with a better company either through your employer or a highly recommended Life insurance Company.
