Need my money back Ipsy bags sent to my old address and they return it back to Ipsy.

I moved address last year. Ipsy kept sending bags to my old address. They return the package back to Ipsy but Im still being charged and Ipsy still send bags to her old address. I want my refund. Pls answer my email a.s.a.p as I am very disappointed with charges that I cant use and its hard to call ur customer service to reach out for help.
