Hello, I took a covid test on an outdoor tent site in Bronx,NY on Tuesday and was told that id get an email with the results the day after. Well, it's been 2 days and i still havent gotten an email from jotform. I dont have a contact number to reach out to someone. I need the covid results for work purposes. This is really frustrating!
