I had my vehicle loan through Arcadia Financial years ago, and once it was paid in full, was never sent the title. I am in a situation where I am trying to remove the piece of metal off of my driveway, and can't even give it away to a scrap metal company without the title. The DMV can't provide the title. I have gone online to numerous websites and found that Arcadia Financial has changed hands several times over the past few years to various banks. Outside of hiring an attorney to track it down, which would cost more than the car is worth, how can I lay my hands on my title?! Please HELP!!
