On June 11th I tried tho place an order for gifts to be sent to a couple of friends. With the latest catalog in hand I called the number shown shown on an online ad. A young lady answered my phone call and when I told her I wanted to place an order she abruptly told me she only handled internet transactions. She made no effort to help me. I am 84 years old and a long term customer, but it looks like Figi's no longer needs us old folks and we should take our business elsewhere. I know I will.
