Many years ago my parents were involved with our local Beneficial and appears they were getting a few dollars here and there over the years. The final payment was made and never thought about again. Now that my father has passed and we are trying to sell the property we find that there are several liens on the property for all the different amounts. Now that they are out of business I have no idea who to contact to get this rectified.
