Need jump. Battery dead lite left on

Needed a jump but the lady on the phone asked if car would make a sound. Advised no there is no noise. She said it's more likely your alternator, she stated they could pickup the car an take for service. I stated l only need a jump an said don't want to go to garage. Decided not to do business with roadside. Later on in May more problems. Just finished survey on my experience with roadside on 4/24/20 which is ridiculous on what l had to do to locate my car as it was not delivered to Hibdons as requested. But calling tow service,roadside assistance,AARP ,AARP roadside,police,Hibdons ( numerous times ). Hibdons did not get my car an everyone was on tow driver side continued on asking for help. Tow service told the answering service that they didn't have the time due to shortage of workers due to virus....ln talking to floor supervisor at AARP roadside she believed what the driver said..... called AARP,called police. And after call was even told by service to go over to. Hibdons. My statement was you guys towed my car an only way to get there was my walker.....so decided to start calling people (stores or whatever) around Hibdons. Finally found my car it was delivered to car lot next door. Addl calls were made especially towing company. She wanted to charge me . Called to advised her driver did not deliver my car to Hibdons an tow driver needs to takethe car nextdoor. After researching her records advised someone would take my car next door. Driver (tow) never showed. Called Hibdons to advise. The Hibdons store mgr went over to get the key at car lot to bring my car over to Hibdons. After a couple of times tries he got the car over to Hibdons. What a headache at least Hibdons believe me. I'm a widow who is 72 years old and got your service to help with any problems. Sorry to ramble on but l got started an carried away on the subject. ( Even sent text ) an decided to write a letter.s User's recommendation: Be sure you get a receipt for the tow an make sure the tow driver gets confirmation as well. An do believe your customer if they report a problem. No l do not a video photo for proof.
