Need input from DWP on planned outage

We have several power outages per year in our area (Pacific View Estates, Pacific Palisades 90272). DWP is replacing cables at this time. Want to know when and if they will turn power off to complete work. Then I can email all property owners to prepare. No response so far to my inquiry.
