I bought my fourth period Dentures from Affordable Dentures and as far as I can tell they’re substandard. They were supposed to be the premiums top of the line for years ago when I got them they have broke three times and a tooth has cracked one time in four years. They claim when I bought them they only had a two year warranty, and when I go back now it says a four year warranty. However my teeth are so messed up from being cracked and broken four times that I would like them replaced with at least the same quality if not better. In which I told them I would be willing to pay the difference in price of what I paid originally to upgrade to a better pair which and did not carry when I got these. The only thing they would do for me is fix them, re-lined them and charge me $195 for that process. I have already gone back a few times and had repairs done which cost me over $200. these dentures only originally cost $1000 and were supposed to be the best they made at the time four years ago. I don’t feel like I should put another $200 which would total almost $500 into the repair of teeth that only originally cost me 1000. I asked them if they would forgo the $195 and they said no because that’s the cost of materials to rely on them. However when you look at the chart of services it says reline $195 and you know that includes labor. So you know you’re not being honest. When they refused to do that, I suggested upgrading to their best pair which I have the implants, to credit me with what I originally paid for these because I’ve had so many problems with them and they refused. So I’m asking for somebody to help me with this problem and possibly intercede for me and talk to these people
