Need help asap

Bought two fans for $530 and neither will work!!! Both have power. After reviewing reviews it seems this is common. No customer service number that is transparent or with someone who answers. We are taking them back and getting a petition together for Lowes to stop carrying this brand. User's recommendation: Don’t EVER buy Allen & Roth.
