I purchased these shoes and worn them twice and realized that they were coming apart. You can tell from the photos that the boots have hardly been worn. I have put off taking the time to fill out this form and sending back to your company. This is the first pair of Merrell shoes that I have ever had. My husband and other family members wear your shoes and boots and they have always been happy. As I said above this was and so far is the first pair of Merrell shoes that I have ever owned.
