Need final invoice

No one who can help answers the phone.Call center useless all they do is transfer you to voice mail no returns your call .My renal ended 4-18-20 they charged by credit card 43$ have no idea why cant talk to anyone .This is the worst service in HISTORY really bad Im trying to get my final receipt but cant get in touch with anyone at Ace User's recommendation: Stay away the Horrible.
