In response to the DEO request for proof of employment I attached my 2020 W-2 and the fully-executed Termination Agreement from my employer when submitting my bi-weekly request for benefits on 02/01/2021. I received, via email today, a request for my 2019 W-2...at least I think that's what it was asking for, hard to tell as it was a bit confusing. Anyway, I don't see anywhere on the DEO or FL Jobs website that I can upload the document. Why would you not have a mechanism for doing this independent of the bi-weekly request which, by the way, has the ability to include an attachment. To cut to the chase I need the email address or an alternative method to submit this document before the deadline. Much appreciated. Debra Gardner
