i need a new battery so i clicked on need battery and i got your tracr may have and issue and directed me to live chat. Live Chat does not open up. i tried it on my phone and my tablet. I have tried it different places thinking maybe i did not have a strong enough wifi but nothing has worked. I wanted to chat using my computer on their website and i cannot find a contact number or email address or a chat button
