My Family has been trying to reach you all via phone for the past three days now, it is ridiculous that only your remote message comes on, I have stayed on the phone three different times for 35 minutes at a time only to be disconnected. You all are the WORSE! Why can't you do like other Banking Institutes and put a live person on the phone. In this day and time we don't need this Chaos. Do I have to call the News Channel to get some vital information form you all. This is a matter importance to our family, it may not be to you all bit it is to us. I look forward to speaking to someone SOON!
